Standard and Premium trial requests are arranged with management.
Management creates your school workspace, assigns the agreed plan and provides your school code and first principal login. The principal then adds staff and students.
Your workspace shows the tools included in your assigned plan.

This package is for initial onboarding. It is not charged or delivered again with each renewal.
Standard subscription prices show initial setup and the annual waiver. Enterprise follows the price and setup terms in its quotation. Any extra services must be agreed before purchase.
The principal starts each payment in Billing. A trial request does not automatically charge you or activate a workspace.
The plan controls available tools; roles control what each person can view or change. Management handles plan changes.
School workspaces are separated, with role checks controlling what each person can view or change.
Online payments are verified before being recorded. Student fee collections and platform subscription payments have separate histories.
